At Trade Knights Card, we aim to provide clear information about product availability and the ordering process. This page explains how orders are placed, processed, and handled when product availability changes.
1. Product Availability
The availability of products displayed on our website may change based on current inventory and demand.
We make reasonable efforts to keep product availability information up to date. However, inventory can change before or shortly after an order is placed.
A product being displayed on our website does not guarantee that it will remain available indefinitely.
2. Placing an Order
To place an order:
- Select the product you would like to purchase.
- Add the product to your shopping cart.
- Review your order and shipping information.
- Proceed through checkout.
- Complete the available payment process.
- Submit your order.
After your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation using the contact information provided during checkout.
3. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after the order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed.
Processing includes preparing the products for shipment and arranging the order for delivery.
Processing times may occasionally vary due to weekends, holidays, high order volume, product availability, or circumstances requiring additional order review.
4. When an Order Is Confirmed
An order confirmation indicates that we have received your order request.
In certain circumstances, an order may need to be reviewed or may not be able to be fulfilled after it has been placed.
If an order cannot be fulfilled due to an availability issue, payment issue, pricing or listing error, or another circumstance affecting fulfillment, we will contact the customer and provide information regarding the available options.
5. Out-of-Stock Products
If a product becomes unavailable, it may be removed from sale or marked as unavailable on our website.
We do not guarantee that a temporarily unavailable product will be restocked or that a specific restock date will be available.
6. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability information.
Product images are intended to help identify and present the product. Packaging, artwork, labeling, and other visual details may vary when manufacturers release updated versions.
Customers should review the product description and available information before completing their purchase.
7. Pricing and Listing Errors
While we make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate product listings and prices, errors may occasionally occur.
If we identify a significant pricing, product information, or listing error before an order is fulfilled, we may contact the customer to clarify the issue or, when necessary, cancel the affected order.
If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.
8. Shipping After Processing
Once an order has been processed and shipped, standard delivery is generally expected within 3–5 business days.

9. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests before an order is processed or shipped. However, cancellation cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered the fulfillment or shipping process.
If an order has already shipped, the applicable return process may need to be followed.
